Food packaging design for a sustainably ageing mankind

Sustainably ageing is steadily gaining importance, as the world strives to combine adequate longevity of us humans with a good quality of life and a appropriate quantity of our population numbers.

Food production and consumption patterns play a very important role in this field, in combinaiton with packing-filling and the related package design. This lecture explains the principles of sustainable ageing and presents the implications of the current trends for the future design of food packs.
