We were delighted to be able to present a unique special area at ProSweets Cologne again in 2025 in collaboration with the future agency Haute Innovation.

A particular highlight of the special area was the wide range of start-ups presenting their latest innovations and looking for new business contacts. Visitors were able to experience creative solutions and functional foods with added health benefits and much more.

Lab5 by ISM

ProSweets Cologne, the world's only supplier trade fair for the industry, took place together with the leading international confectionery trade fair ISM.

In order to further expand the synergies between the two trade fairs, Lab5 by ISM, focussing on innovations, trend snacks, start-ups, scale-ups and manufacturers, was placed centrally in the middle of Sweet Week in a separate area of Hall 10.1, directly at the East Entrance.

In this open area of the trade fair, right next to the Sweet Week - Talks & Tasting stage, visitors were invited to make new contacts and exchange ideas with other industry experts in a relaxed atmosphere.

At our comfortable high tables and lounge furniture, guests had the opportunity to hold conversations in an inspiring environment, share new ideas and meet potential business partners.
