Trade visitor
The ProSweets Cologne is a trade fair. Koelnmesse GmbH reserves the right to conduct suitable trade visitor inspections on site. The trade character of ProSweets Cologne 2023 - Special Edition is fundamental to the success of this event. Therefore, qualifications as a trade visitor must be provided when entering ProSweets Cologne.
Cases at ProSweets Cologne: In duration of the ProSweets Cologne there are no cases allowed!
Children and youths
Please note, if you want to bring children along! Children over the age of 12 are admitted only when accompanied by adults and in possession of a valid admission ticket. Children below the age of 12 are not admitted. Babies up to the age of one can be carried.
There are no buggies or strollers allowed!
Accompanying pets
It is prohibited to bring dogs and other pets to our fair grounds.
You will receive your free ticket in a separate email. To use public transport, print out the PDF file in A4 format or download the PDF file to your mobile device. When downloading the ProSweets Cologne 2023 - Special Edition app, you can retrieve your ticket in the ProSweets Cologne 2023 - Special Edition app.
The free travel ticket (2nd class) is valid for public transport in the expanded network of the Rhein Sieg Transportoperated by the Rhein Sieg Transport Authority (VRS) .
Exempted are trains of the Deutsche Bahn AG subject to a surcharge, e.g. the IC/EC or ICE.
The public transport ticket only provides authorization for arrival and departure in the context of a visit to Koelnmesse GmbH within the indicated period of the trade fair. It is non-transferable and only valid in connection with a valid photo identification and an admission ticket of Koelnmesse GmbH.

The easy admission process for ProSweets Cologne in three steps
1. You buy a ticket or redeem your digital ticket code
- Please register in the ticket shop and create a Koelnmesse account or log in with your existing credentials.
- In the ticket shop, you can buy your ticket or redeem and personalize your digital ticket code.
2. You will receive an email with the ticket PDF
- We will send you an order confirmation with the tickets as a PDF attachment. The tickets will also be available for download in the wallet of your respective device.
- You can access your trade fair tickets at any time through "My Orders" in the ticket shop. With your printed ticket or with the ticket as a PDF/in the wallet of your mobile device, you will gain access to the exhibition grounds.
... or convenient and paperless: Use the app
With the app , you can easily and quickly retrieve your tickets digitally. Additionally, you will have access to up-to-date information about the event program (including search functionality), the venue, and more. Even after the event, you will be provided with relevant content and networking opportunities.
Our tip: Schedule appointments with your industry network for the event at least 3 months in advance. This can be easily and quickly done using the integrated calendar feature. You can find more good reasons to use the app here .
Of course, the app is free for you and is available for download for iPhone/iPad and Android in German and English.
3. You arrive at ProSweets Cologne
- You will be granted access to the fair grounds on presenting the admission ticket in the ProSweets Cologne app.
