Energy-efficient coating system DRIACOATER DRC for the production of high-quality dragees for the confectionery industry

The DRC series coaters for the production of high-quality sugar dragees set standards, especially in terms of energy efficiency. The special air flow through the perforated coating drum guarantees that 100% of the treated process air is used to dry the dragees in the sugar coating process. Measurements have shown that this technology can save around 33% of the energy required for the process, consisting of cooling, heating and electrical energy. The use of the DRC coater therefore makes a significant contribution to protecting the environment. Depending on the utilization of the coater, the additional financial outlay for this efficient coating principle can pay for itself after just one year. We are happy to show our customers the savings potential of their project using calculations. The DRC batch coaters for use in production are available in a total of 7 different drum sizes between 150 - 3750 l. The portfolio also includes the DRC 500/600 Vario laboratory coater with interchangeable drums between 2.5 and 36 l.
