About Julia Hildebrant
Julia Hildebrant studied Nutritional Science (B.Sc.) and Food and Agribusiness (M.Sc.) Her expertise lies primarily in the quality sector of the bakery and confectionery industry. A keen interest in process optimisation and automation led her to generative AI.
As an AI trainer and agile coach, she has been supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the establishment, introduction and further development of QM systems since founding Mehr.Wert Qualitätslösungen. In doing so, she responds to the increasing demands in the food industry and the growing shortage of personnel and skilled workers with pragmatic, efficient and people-centred solutions.
Content of the lecture:
This lecture, "AI in Quality," will provide a practical demonstration of how generative AI can make work in quality easier and make processes more efficient. Increasing demands and a shortage of skilled workers are presenting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the food industry with major challenges. Generative AI can help here – from automatically creating documentation and reports for internal audits to analyzing quality data.
In this session, Julia Hildebrandt will share her personal experiences of using generative AI in the quality environment. She will show how easy-to-implement solutions can lead to a big impact. Ms. Hildebrandt will demonstrate that it does not take complex applications to achieve significant added value in daily work – not only in the quality area.
