Susanne Wißfeld has a degree in biology, gained sales experience in pharmaceutical field sales and has worked for the talent company Randstad since 1999. After holding various positions as a sales planner, branch manager, district manager and regional director, she took over responsibility as Managing Director in 2011, most recently for the South West business area, and since September 2022 for the Business Innovations & Concepts division. In this role, she is responsible for developing and driving forward innovations for the German market and implementing key concepts.
