About Dr. Torben Erbrath
Dr. Torben Erbrath is Director of the Chocolate and Cocoa Division at the Association of the German Confectionary Industry (BDSI).
He represents the German chocolate industry in several organizations.
He is member of Board of the German Initative on Sustainable Cocoa (GISCO), and he is also member of the German Cocoa and Chocolate Foundation. He holds a Ph.D. in law from the University of Cologne, where his doctoral thesis was on environmental management and audit schemes (EMAS) and the ISO 14001 standard.
